Hi MJ, Welcome to the group! What would you suggest regarding spemiens for you, considering that a number are frzen or in ethanol? Could we take specimens out of ethanol, dry them, then post. I have found DNA from this process to be ok. Have you had success using frozen specimens if we treat them first e.g. place frozen specimens in 100% ethanol for a few weeks then allow to dry for posting? Do you have a suggested method? Were Roger's specimens that you have worked on initially frozen or did you receive them in ethanol? Lynne
